Benoît Forin

Benoît entered Banque de France in 1983. He has held various positions as chief officer and project manager. For the last twelve years, he has been involved, at the International Banking and Finance Institute of Banque de France, in international training activities and technical operations between Banque de France and foreign countries all over the world. He was specifically in charge of bilateral relationships in East European and Balkan countries, CIS, Turkey, Central and East Asia. Within that framework, he managed bilateral action programmes in close partnership with Banque de France headquarters specialists: on-site seminars, consulting missions, international seminars focused on central banking topics, bilateral studies… He is also an experienced trainer in human resources development, operational management and leadership techniques. He is currently advisor to the Banque de France managing director of human resources. Benoît graduated from Paris Institute of Political Studies, and holds a MA in international applied economics.
