Olivier Velin

Olivier is an expert in crisis management. He helps organisations, leaders and individuals to reach the level of alertness and competencies necessary to face critical situations. Since 2011, he is advisor and partner of EY in crisis management and business continuity plans as well as in security. Previously, he founded Pharesight Conseil, an advisory company specialized in diagnosis and implementation of crisis management plans and disaster recovery plans. He also advised the IBM Crisis Management Team France, and the AXA insurance company. He is currently teaching cybersecurity, crisis management, business continuity, and disaster recovery in France and Russia. Olivier has written three books: “Gestion de crise, la réponse de l’entreprise », « Maîtrise des risques, plan de secours », « Risques et nouvelles technologies du monde numérique ».
